Updated October 7, 2026. Rookie Szn creates personalized cards for adult purchasers and authorized adults uploading an athlete’s photo.

What makes your card work

We process the photo and card details you provide, saved designs, account or guest identifiers, approved artwork, and order information. Shipping and contact details are used to fulfill and support orders. Sign-in and draft storage help you keep your work. These functions operate whether statistics are on or off.

Who processes this information

For Comic Edition, Google Cloud processes your photo to create an AI illustration. Google Cloud also identifies the sport from the photo so we can suggest a scene, and when you choose a sport scene, Photoroom cuts out the player so we can place them on that sport’s background. Originals and illustrations stay private with your saved card; review the likeness and equipment before ordering. Google Firebase provides hosting, account services, and private data storage. Photoroom processes images when background removal is requested. Stripe hosts the current secure checkout; we do not receive your full payment-card number or security code. Stripe processes your payment and provides the payment status and contact details needed to confirm and fulfill your order.

Protecting photo processing

Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and network signals when you request background removal or a Comic Edition sport check or preview. Our server verifies its short-lived result before contacting Photoroom or Google Cloud. We keep processing totals and use keyed, hashed guest/account and network references to enforce limits. We do not put photos or raw IP addresses in this usage ledger. Quota references are scheduled for deletion after 48 hours and request status records after seven days; aggregate totals remain for cost monitoring. Limited internal statistics

We use limited internal statistics to understand visits, popular card styles, and steps such as saving, reviewing, and starting checkout. These statistics are on by default unless you turn them off. We count broad device/browser categories, recognized referral sources, and registered campaigns. A short-lived random visit reference helps avoid counting the same step twice. It is not connected to your account, athlete, saved design, or order. Order and sales totals are calculated separately to operate the business.

We do not put photos, player names, teams, street addresses, or typed form contents in statistics. We do not use this information for advertising profiles, sell it, or share it for another company's advertising. We do not use advertising pixels, session recordings, or tracking across websites. For visits with statistics enabled, we use the connection's IP address briefly on our own server to estimate country, state or region, and city. Only daily area totals and device categories are saved; IP addresses, postal codes, and precise coordinates are not saved in these statistics. Areas are not attached to individual visit records, accounts, or orders. The lookup database stays on our server; we do not send visitor IP addresses to a location lookup service or ask for your device's GPS location. Estimates may be wrong, especially on mobile networks, VPNs, or privacy relays. Our hosting provider separately processes ordinary network information to deliver and protect the site. Choose Privacy choices in the footer to turn statistics off or back on. Existing opt-outs remain in effect, and Global Privacy Control disables collection. An opt-out stays saved in this browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Visit references are stored for this tab and end after 30 minutes of inactivity, with a maximum 24-hour visit. Browser restrictions can limit measurement. No permission popup interrupts your visit.

How long information stays

New visit summaries are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours; daily statistical totals after approximately 13 months. Statistical totals may remain after withdrawal. Private card files and order records are retained to provide saved cards, downloads, support, and fulfillment; request deletion below when you no longer want us to keep them. We may retain transaction records where necessary for legal obligations or resolving disputes. We do not promise indefinite artwork storage.

Protecting athletes

Only upload a photo you have permission to use. Customer artwork is private by default. Authorized staff can access files and addresses to make and fulfill orders. We do not use athlete information for advertising profiles. Contact us if a child has provided information without appropriate authorization.
