Shipping

We ship printed cards to US addresses only. Shipping is $6.95 per printed order, however many copies you choose. Every printed card ships in a clear magnetic card holder. Orders ship from Akwesasne by USPS with tracking.

We print, inspect and pack every order by hand after your payment is confirmed. We don’t guarantee a delivery date. If your order will take longer than expected, we’ll email you. Once it ships, your order page shows the tracking number. Open it on the device you ordered from, or sign in to the account you saved your card to.

The HD-file-only option is a digital download. Nothing ships, and there’s no shipping charge.

Cancelling an order

Email us before we start printing and we’ll cancel your order and refund it in full. Each card is made just for you, so we can’t cancel once printing has started.

Returns, reprints and refunds

Because every card is personalized, we can’t take returns if you change your mind. We will make it right if something goes wrong on our side. If your card arrives damaged, is misprinted, or doesn’t match the artwork you approved, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll reprint it at no charge or refund it.

We print exactly what you approve at review: the photo, spelling, details and, for Comic Edition, the illustration. Please check both sides before you pay. Printed colors can look slightly different from your screen.

If tracking stops updating or says delivered but the card hasn’t arrived, email us. We’ll help find it, and if it’s lost we’ll reprint it or refund it.

If your HD file won’t download or doesn’t match the artwork you approved, email us and we’ll fix it or refund it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
