What photo works best?
A clear, bright photo with your pet’s whole body in frame, including ears, paws and tail. Pets that stand out from the background cut out best; very dark or blurry photos are harder.
Can I choose a different look?
Yes. Choose from the pet looks (Treat Burst, Catnip Burst, Draft Day Stage, Coming Home, Draft Day Burst and Holiday Burst) or any classic RookieSzn style.
Will you change how my pet looks?
We use your actual photo and remove its background. The card design goes around your pet; your pet isn’t redrawn.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Creating and previewing the card is free. Review the front and back before proceeding to checkout.
Does it come in a case?
Yes. Each printed card ships in a clear magnetic card holder. The previews show printed artwork; a physical holographic finish is not included.
